These skills are best learned through experience.
Our approach, therefore, is to work alongside managers, teaching,
demonstrating, challenging and encouraging them to expand
their repertoire of thinking styles, beliefs and behaviours
in a way that will enhance their personal and professional
effectiveness. This is generally done through the facilitation
of groups, or coaching of individuals.

We facilitate sessions with senior managers
to set dynamic strategies for growth, to solve operational
problems and to establish robust succession plans. Facilitated
sessions with second tier managers may look at setting implementation
strategies, developing effective team operations and mapping
out action plans. Coaching at all levels is focussed on developing
and supporting skills that will enable the manager to perform
more effectively in a current position whilst developing potential
for further growth within an organisation. |
