The team is led by Shirley Redpath, MBA. Shirley has over twenty years consulting experience in North America and Europe. She has worked with organisations ranging from early start-ups to Blue Chip multinationals, across a wide spectrum of industry sectors. Her primary focus has been on strategic planning and organisational development, emphasising the role of individual performance in achieving corporate goals.

Shirley has a Masters degree in English, a Master of Business Administration and certificates in Neuro-linguistic Programming and Conflict Facilitation. She has published many articles on management issues in leading business journals.
