Niall Breen

Niall has over twenty years Board level experience setting strategic and operating targets, and delivering results through the effective motivation and management of team members. He has a track record of successful business development in start-up, merger and on-going business situations, which is a valuable resource to coachee's with similar commercial responsibilities.

Niall has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and has worked in the FMCG, advertising and pharmaceutical industries.

Melanie Franklin

Melanie is an experienced and enthusiastic trainer in project management skills. With over 10 years hands-on experience, Melanie brings skills gained from the implementation of numerous global projects. She delivers training in PRINCE2 methodology, as well as the motivation and interpersonal skills necessary for effective project management. Melanie regularly trains a wide range of individuals, from Board members of multi-national companies, through to operational management and support staff of small to medium sized firms.

Melanie has a Bachelor degree in Economics, diplomas in marketing and banking, as well as certification in PRINCE2 methodologies and training. Her book on the practical application of the PRINCE2 methodology is due to be published in the spring of 2003.

Helen Whitten

Helen has been facilitating and coaching teams and individuals in the corporate environment for over ten years. Her approach is designed to enable individuals to develop an enthusiastic and optimistic attitude, clear goals consistent with personal values and the ability to maintain peak performance under pressure.

Helen has a Bachelor degree in history, a postgraduate diploma in personnel management and qualifications in cognitive behavioural methodology and NLP. She has written several articles and co-authored a book, Your Mind At Work; Developing Self-Knowledge for Business Success
